WHO WE ARE
Yoga Dama was born out of an authentic passion for the practice of yoga, which has had a meaningful impact on each of our lives. Our goal is to share knowledge and practice of yoga to help others experience the same benefits. We aim to create a warm and welcoming space where people feel comfortable and at home, even if they’re on vacation. With two years of retreats under our belt, we are thrilled to continue our own education and share our passion with others.

WHAT YOU’lL EAT
One of the best parts of sharing the magic of Montauk with others is the vibrant food scene. To keep your energy sustained throughout the weekend, we'll provide refreshing homemade fresh-pressed juices and nutritious snacks. Additionally, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully prepared home-cooked meals using local, organic ingredients.
We’ve arranged for a group meal at the Bird on the Roof (the Daunt’s restaurant right across the street!). While there is no rigid retreat diet, we promote a healthy approach to your dining experience, tailoring our offerings to your dietary needs.
WHERE YOU’ll Stay
We have set aside a block of our newly renovated rooms for our Wellness Retreat! We have space for approximately 8-12 guests. You can explore the different room types on our Rooms webpage.
What You'll Pay
Each Retreat is a weekend long stay (Check in Friday, Check out Sunday)
Early Bird Special = Room Cost + $600 per person (if booked before April 1)
Standard Retreat Cost = Room Cost + $700 per person
In addition to the standard hotel deposit, we require a $100 deposit for retreat expenses.
Meet Lily and Zoe
Lily (left) is an East Hampton local whose yoga journey started years back when she worked at Mandala Center for Healing Arts, a local studio in Amagansett. Yoga has been a big part of her life ever since. In 2018, Lily completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training through The University of Vermont. In 2022, she returned to her roots and continued her Teacher Training at Mandala. Since her first training in 2018, she has been teaching in Montauk, Puerto Rico and Maine (where she currently lives!). Lily teaches a Vinyasa style Yoga class and is also a trained Mindfulness-Meditation teacher. Her classes weave together Yogic philosophy, anatomy and meditation in a rhythmic sequence.
Zoe (right) grew up in Montauk, and first practiced Sivananda yoga in 2016 on a trip to Isla Mujeres, Mexico. In early 2023, she returned to Mexico to complete her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Maha Shanti School of Yoga in Isla Mujeres. Under the direction of Lal Maharajh, she trained in traditional Sivananda yoga, with an emphasis on adjustments for the classic asanas. She recently completed a 3-month work study at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch, deepening her spiritual practice and expanding her teaching experience. Her teaching style is playful and musical, and include breathwork and voice activation.
